Pixel Pitch & Viewing Distance
Pixel pitch determines image clarity at different viewing distances. P4 and P6 are standard for roadside billboards viewed from 20–50 metres. P3 and P2.5 suit closer viewing at building façades and pedestrian zones. Our engineers calculate optimal pitch based on site surveys.
Brightness & Auto-Dimming
Outdoor displays require minimum 5,500 nits for daylight visibility. Auto-brightness sensors adjust output to ambient conditions, reducing energy consumption at night while maintaining readability during peak sun hours.
IP Rating & Thermal Management
IP65-rated cabinets protect against dust and water ingress. Active thermal management — including heat sinks and ventilation — prevents LED degradation in sustained high temperatures. RMI cabinets are tested to operational limits before dispatch.
